We parked right at the foot of the beginning of the Aldrich Butte trail this time
which shaved about 3/4 of a mile off this hike. It was a very hot day so we zoomed
up to the top while it was still early in the day and relatively cool. Not a cloud
in the sky so we had some great views and got some good pictures. No snow up there
now so we did a little exploring up top and found some very nice viewpoints off to
the North and West. We spent about 7 hours hiking and enjoying the scenery. 10.28 miles.

Nice views of Mount Adams (right) and Mount Rainier.
That's Greenleaf Mountain in the foreground and the recent Greenleaf slide to the right

The view looking back at the top of Two Chiefs after climbing Heartbreak Ridge.
BELOW: The view from that same location looking East out at the Columbia River.

And our destination: Table Mountain Summit...

A view of the trail that goes to the West kiosk. That's the trail we will take
coming back.

And here we are at the summit....

A nice view of Mount Adams.

And a nice view of Mount Hood, the Town of North Bonneville, the Bonneville Dam
and the two chiefs.

A really good view of the two chiefs from up here today.

It was a four mountain top day... that's Mount Saint Helens in the background.

Heading back down along the Western trail.

Here's a view of the Table Mountain Summit (right) and the boulder field we had
to climb (center) after making it to the top of Heartbreak Ridge.
