I was out to Shaniko, Oregon in

Started off a little chilly and very windy but turned into a
gorgeous bluebird day by 13:00 or so. Won't be seeing many more
days like this until at least Spring, 2016.
GETTING THERE: I-84 to The Dalles.
SR 197 to Maupin (there's one gas station here).
Bakeoven Road to Shaniko.
SR 97 to Biggs Junction.
